Novel Praise For Near Perfection

Hillside's view afforded spectacular inspiration, allowing me to complete a co-authored novel, a presentation screenplay and most of a sequel. At my very doorstep and windows is the cosmopolitan skyline of Fort Worth without the pretentious atmosphere of equally large or larger cities.
Hillside is conveniently located and in 60 to 120 seconds a resident can be on major thoroughfares to any Metroplex destination.
I have spent four years proudly calling Hillside home. (I updated this review on 02/07.) With a front sidewalk, steps, front and back porches, patio (and a yard that seems like it is mine), it is like a street side private residence in downtown Fort Worth.
Bookstores, coffee houses, nightlife and scenic vistas are within pleasurable walking distance (and a 7-mile jogging routine along the Trinity River that starts and ends at my front door!).
As for the apartment building, amenities and staff: Whether enjoying the pool, exercise room or my own apartment, I've had immediate responses to my every whim. Light bulbs have been changed in a timely manner; pest control has been prompt and thorough; lawn care consistent; entertainment facilities well maintained and the office staff have been as wonderful as the maintenance staff. I dare say a blush might come to the faces of those for whom I have only the highest praise. But that praise has been rightly earned and I do not bestow it lightly.
Everything from films I can borrow from the office to a staff that has accommodated my hardships and inconveniences, Hillside is a stellar home. I only wish that my lease payments had been toward buying the place! (Even more so now that the railroad just outside my apartment has installed a quiet zone crossing).
Circumstances have indicated my need to move from Hillside and my search for another apartment has taken me across the Metroplex and the Internet. The distrusting fact that I have learned from all of this is that no other apartment community has come anywhere matching the quality of Hillside. In practically every way imaginable I recommend Hillside Apartments and the staff.
