This is review from an almost renter. I tried my hardest to be a renter here. I relocated from out of town and wanted an urban experience. We made multiple trips to Fort Worth as part of the interview process each time I tried to get in touch with management to no avail. No returned emails, phone calls and forget direct contact.
I came to the conclusion that it's owned and run by trust fund babies, because they sure don't care about potential customers.Which got me thinking how responsive would they be if I was a resident.
I settled in on Firestone Apartments. Parking's easy and safe, great work out/entertainment area and a staff that is very customer focused.
I hope new management can turn the Electric Bldg. around. It's a great histoical building. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
