I recently moved in to the Historic electric building after living in a so called "luxury" apartment in the suburbs for 2 years (which are Not safe and Not luxury). My conclusion is ...this IS Fort Worth! The maintainence and management have been quick and very responsive! The place is perfect! Great View from the 17th floor, Quiet (just the hum from the traffic which you get used to). Huge loft style apartment with a nice layout. The parking is secure and well-lit. The resident's are seem nice. The renovation of the 1920's building was very well done! My sincere thanks to Alexander Company and Bass! I may never leave!
