Historic Electric Building Apt

Do not move to this dump From: felicitylive1 Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This place has been nothing but a nightmare for me since living here. This Building should be condemned, because the management and maintenance staff who run it now don't care about it at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
