Good place to live, great location!

I've read a lot of reviews on this site and have come to the conclusion that many people have unrealistic expectations. This place has a great location. The lobby is pretty nice. The hallways look a bit "dormish" but once you get inside, the apartments are finished out pretty well.
Yes, there are some tenants in here that I wouldn't be best buds with, but the floors and walls are very thick, so I have never heard a neighbor playing music or anything (one's dog was barking, but after a note, it stopped).
Maintenance was good with fixing a toilet that wasn't working in a timely manner.
Overall I am happy living here. The garage spaces are tight.
If you are thinking of moving in, you have to work your ass off to get in (call several times a day and pester pester pester). It worked though, and I'm glad I am here.
Compared to Firestone, this place is a lot less $$ per square foot, and is closer to downtown. Plus, you get the views which Firestone does not have.
