It is a great place to live especially if you have kids. There are plenty of children to play with and spacious areas behind your apartments for your children to play without being a concrete jungle. The setup is nice, the way the units are arranged, and the upgrades are nice. (two tone walls, new floors, plenty of mirrors. The grounds always look nice, good landscaping, been making quite a few upgrades. The cons are that the play area only consists of a few swings, the pool is small and is usually overrun with unsupervised kids. I have had a constant problem with ants and although they have had pest control come out the problem persists. I can't even leave a drink out on my nightstand without waking up to ants being all over it. You can hear your neighbors walking around, especially if you are trying to go to sleep. The way the master bedroom is situated you can hear people outside coming, leaving, and it makes me wonder how much they can hear going on in the privacy of your bedroom. There is adequate parking, but it can be dark, depending on what area you are in, and the walkways are lit when the motion activated lights do decide to come on. I feel pretty safe here, and like that it is in a primarily residential area (mainly houses not apartment row) and the look of the apartments is nice, but there are some things that I would like to change, but I am not sure if I could better quality in another residence at this price range.
