where do i start'' the manager is never in her office, there are car break-ins in the parking lot-if you get home from work after 6 p.m forget about a parking spot-it won't happen-the manager takes up 3 spots for herself and her occupants, she makes allowances for people she likes-(if your not on the VIP list) Watch out!! repairs are NOT made in a timely manner-they have 1 maintenance man and his occasional helper-like one of the previous posts said, if you don't believe it go see for yourself!!! broken glass in the parking lot-kids playing unattended all the time, loud music-people will sit out in the parking lot and crank up their bass-maybe the manager likes it(i guess that makes it okay) laundry room is disgusting--washers never work, dryers never dry- takes at least two tries--outdated appliances in apartments, my dishwasher was the original from the eighties!!! they do a lot of patch-up work instead of real fixes-(don't be fooled by appearances)

Some people that have been evicted seem to always have a bad thing to say about others. Consider the source of this apartment rating.
