My point is reinerated by management's response above. What apartment community manager gives such an unprofessional offensive response to an ex-tenants problem and complaints. I didn't live at this community for over a year because I wanted to, because we could not afford to move at the first lease renewal. Take heed to the response above it only get's worse. Very unprofessional! There are much better apartments out there!

The staff had always been professional and helpful the entire time that we lived there. Maybe you should look for a retirement home to move to so that you will not be bothered by typical children and thier behavior. Here's a newsflash: CHILDREN ARE EVERYWHERE! AND I BET YOU YOURSELF WERE A CHILD ONCE!

I lived at Hunter Park for 4 years before my job took me elsewhere and it was wonderful! The only issue we had were water roaches and management could do nothing about that. They did have someone come out as often as I wanted. Karen was the manager when I was there and was the greatest. If Western Hills Primary wasn't the school the school my kids would have to go to, we'd move back! Thanks!

"CHILDREN ARE EVERYWHERE!"
What a ludicrous statement.

Yes children are everywhere the difference is people who care about their children running in front of moving cars and those that do not. I am appalled that the first response was from a professional of the managment community. If that isn't an indication that the original poster was dead on I don't know what is.
