We are going to renewal our lease nexted month. Yes we did have a problem with our up stairs neighbors but the office did every thing they could do to try to resolve the problem. I give them props for trying to deal with these people. I myself tried numerous time and was very unsussesful in trying to sort it out. But like i said they have moved and we have not had any problems with any one else. Lisa and Karen are a great team togeither and they make sure that every request that I have had was handled in a timely manner. I would recommend 10000% to move here. Its great for kids because of the HUGE yard by the pool and office for them to play at. I cant wait for my baby to be able to play outside. Over all the property is very quite. And I knew coming in to an apartment that nothing is perfect, and some peoples expectations are to high. I love living here every thing is handle it feels safe the management staff is veryyyyy helpful. Thank you Hunter Park for making my life easier. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

This is an outright lie. This person did nothing to talk to me. I am the upstairs neighbor. This person was friends with the woman that works in the apartment offices. This neighbor went to her with all her gripes and her predjudices all in an attempt to get rid of me and my wife. Never once did this neighbor ever say one thing to me, not even hello. At first the complaint was that someone was running accross the floor. Well that day the neighbors upstairs next to my wife and I had a party or something for their kids. They where running back and fourth. This neighbor instead of comeing upstairs to ask about the noise instead went straight to this woman that works in the office and complains. Then this woman writes a violation of lease agreement on my door. Last time I checked in order for the office to issue a violation of lease agreement they had to give you a verbal warning first, maybe I'm wrong. either way well being the nice guy I am I was like ok well its just a misunderstanding no problem. That was until I went away for a few weeks and low and behold the day I get back not even 30 mins in the door the local courtesy officer knocks on my door. The first things out of his mouth are "do we have a problem?". He didn't even identify himself as a police officer, no badge, no uniform, just a t-shirt with fort worth P.D. on it that you can buy anywhere. He says that he got a call that my wife and I where arguing loud and fighting. It was untrue we just got home from shopping and were not even in the apartment 2 minutes. Anyway I knew right away who called him. I then went downstairs and talked to the man of the Apartment, his wife was confrontational and not willing to talk to me (most likely the author of this review). I asked him what the problem was and he said and I quote "I called the cop because I heard loud walking." Well ok here's my question how am I supposed to get from one place to the other in my own apartment? Low crawl perhaps? The next day we brought the problem up to the office personel who looked me right in the face and said they (the neightbors downstairs) where not supposed to call the courtesy officer unless they notified the office first. Then I was told it would be taken care of. Well as this review shows it was not. Like I wrote in my review I feel it was all a scam to get us out. Read the review titled "Terrible to this Military Service Member" for more information.
