I'm the author!
I have lived here for 8 years and the location is good for me. Close to my job, shopping and restaurants. When I have a problem, the staff is good at addressing it and getting things fixed. I would recommend to anyone.

If you don't mind that they are a DUMP and not in a good area. Right next to the noisy Electric Cowboys and on the other side is the fire station that has it's own parking lot and grill area that are both fenced around them to keep out dangerous characters. There is alot of crime in the mile radius around all these apts are not the safest area!

Everyone has their opionions. Yes, it is by the club and the fire stations. As for where I stay I do not not hear the noise from either places.... I dont think this place is a dump at all either. Now, I have seen people being asked to move out by a constable.... Maybe they are the "DUMP".... have you thought of that????
