I could write a book about all the things wrong with this apartment complex, but here are just a few. First off the maintenance and office crew are horrible. The first thing i had wrong with my apartment was flooding. It took them a week to replace the carpet just in the bedroom closet. I had mold all along the bottom of the backwall in the closet and no one bothered to do anything about it even after one of the girls in the office came to look at it. In 2 yrs of living there, I got pest control done once, and when i requested it again towards the end of my stay no one ever came. The second problem i had was one of the doors for the washer dryer area had come off the track. They came in to fix it and a few days later it was off the track again, and then the other one did the same thing. After several work tickets and complaints, no one ever came so i gave up and had to live with my washer and dryer showing and the doors leaning against the sides for about 3 months until i moved. Then i had a problem with the air conditioning unit above my shower leaking. It leaked non stop all day long, most of the time i would have to put a towel on the floor in front of the shower because it would get that bad. Again I put in a couple work orders on this and had to live like that for about 3 months. When i finnally moved one day, the next day i went back to clean and the whole bathroom floor was practically flooded. At that point i could of cared less, when i went that day to make my final payments on everything i told them they might want to finally get someone in there after 3 months of ignoring it. So on to the next problem, my phone number was programed in to the gate opener, for when visitors came. Don't ever change your phone number because they will not change it in the system for you to let people in. For about a year everytime i had a visitor i had to go outside and use my gate opener to let them in. Which brings me to my next thing. You pay a deposit for the gate opener when you move in. When you move out i was told you don't get the deposit back. The girl told me the deposit was for if it was lost or damaged. So when you move out make sure you either damage it or just keep it because that will take care of the deposit paid for that. I have been moved out for about a month now and recently got a statement in the mail and they are trying to stick me with $410 for moving out early, which i didn't, it was because on the 9th of the month that i turned in my notice the girl did not put it in the computer and i guess it wasnt put in until 3 days later. This management is horrible, everything about this complex is horrible. I recommend paying a little bit more for a better apartment.
