Poor, poor management...over and over again...

I have lived at Hunters Ridge for a year and a half now and it has only gone down-hill. In the past 6 months, they have gone through 4 different "managements"- none of which have been helpful with their tenants. It is all I can do to sit and wait until my lease runs out. They are charging me 3 times the usual "maximum" water bill, but say that it is typical of the area. That is not true- when I first moved here I was paying $15, last month I was charged about $57. Maintenace is a nightmare. What they consider a "slight emergency" was taken care of 7 days after it was called in. I wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemies! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
