i moved to this apartment when Brandon was the office manager. i had a big problem with the roof leaking into my apartment and he promptly got it fixed everytime. once he left, the office staff was never the same. i stayed because i had an awesome price and was too lazy to move. after he left, i had a big problem with my dishwasher not cleaning out the garbage disposal properly and then leaving my dishes dirty. they replaced it after i complained numerous times about it, and only after blaming me for putting dirty dishes in it. umm, its a dishwasher. its supposed to have dirty ones in it. i had the same leak in my celing over my bed for almost a year. it wasnt ever repainted before i left and i had called more than 20 times. i finally just gave up. i only had one incident where i called 911 for the neighbors beating each other up and pulling knives on each other. they got evicted.
