Take a cruise through Indigo Pointe on any given day and you will see residents driving with trash bags piled on their cars. Why' Well there is 1 dumpster and it happens to be located outside the front gate. In addition, because taking the trash out is such a big nuisance most of the time your neighbors will have trash piled outside their door for days on end.
Parking is a nightmare to put it nicely. If you arrive at your apartment after 7pm prepare to park at least one to two buildings away. Also consider that they have a contract with AT&T home entertainment so there is a cable monopoly. It is way overpriced and the service sucks. The office staff is forgetful and there are more and more people with gaggles of kids moving in each weekend. The gates hardly ever work and half the city of Fort Worth has the code.
On the positives, you get a whole lot of Square footage for your money and the apartments are brand new with stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer are provided. They do a good job of keeping the property looking pretty nice too. Also my utility costs are pretty low.

We have lived here for about six months, and this statement is pretty accurate. Same gripes, same pluses. Grounds are not as well kept as we would like. It's been a decent value for the money, but not an especially good one. We will be happy to go when the lease is up, though have not been miserable. Office staff has been needlessly impatient to the point of being rude several times in addition to forgetful and really what seems like lazy. Organization of resources is very poor. Gate issue got really bad when they deleted all of our information and sent angry notes to all tenants. Very odd communication methods here.
