I have been here for 3 yrs now, There is no jacuzzi as advertised and the maint is pretty slow in getting things done. The ac units outside are getting old. Have had window screens slashed and have not had replaced for approx 4 mos now, always get answers that things are on back order.
The trash dumpster is terrible. Never see management do rounds to actually see what goes on. Things donot get done as promised told one thing and another different thing will go on.
Weekends almost no parking anywhere do to all the partying going on. Drinking and drunks outside in parking lot being very loud after 10 pm and peeing in bushes!!!! , and slow response from onsite patrol officer ( Most time not thier fault ). Came back after Easter weekend to a very terrible site at the trash dumpster. I reset dumpster myself ( I am not an employee I just get tired of seeing same stuff . Parents are supposed to empty trash not thier kids!! Well I did notify Concord Mangement of what went on and did recieve $50.00 off rent which I felt was a slap in the face due to taking my time over 2hrs for trying to be helpful in keeping complex looking decent. I AM NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE JUST A RESIDENT!!!!!!!
