Wow, you seem to have had an even worse experience then I did. I feel the exact same way about the staff as well. I lived there for almost a year. I had to leave my lease early because of military orders and they are supposed to oblige to those orders with no effects on me. But, they failed to do so are trying to stick me with a 1600.00 bill now. The staff is horrible. I did have contact with Odie who was friendly and good at what she did. But, the managers tell me about it. They are rude as can be. No kind of customer service of any kind. I called to speak with them about my case and I was as friendly as anyone could be and I was respectul. In the end she gets upset saying I don't need to contact them because they don't even have my files anymore nor the orders and have nothing to do with it anymore. But, claim they remember the situation perfectly. Vivian hung up on me at the end. Didn't say sorry, thank you, nothing. Just said don't contact us and click. There goes the phone. The managers Vivian and Mary and horrible and could care less of their tenents and just want a paycheck. I would not reccommend anyone living there. Ever.
