the neighbors have an intendacy to know each other because they are all family members and they want to run the whole complex for instance dont be estimated by a black man that stayes in one of the upstairs unit whenever somebody moves in he comes knocking at your door in the middle of the night asking for money and saying that we all have to stick together and then when you move out he comes to you and demands for you to give him the key instead of handing it over to the management company because he sayes that this apartment is for family members only. not to mention that that apartment is filled with crack crystal meth and alcohol and there is this other couple that also stayes in one of the upstairs that walks around the complex to jiggle the door knob like there going to walk right in the place is falling apart and the management companies dont even want to fix the place so they sell it other management companies and then they sell to someone else plus they keep raising the rent to ridicilous prices and thats just part of the unprofessionalism that they dont even list the correct address
