I used to live in these apartments. The place itself is awesome, but the staff is horrible. They said that they had complaints on my boyfriend and I on weekends that we weren't even in town. They were horrible about replacing thing's. Our aprtments had a leak due to the apartments upstairs, and they would NOT fix it. I was glad to just get out of there due to the managment. I had SO many problems with them. When we first moved in, we got to play a game to try to get free rent. We picked a duck out of a little pool and got 2 monthes free rent. Needless to say, we never saw the free rent. We were promised that it would be applied after we were there for 2 monthes and then from there on out, we never saw the free rent and they were rude there on after. I would NOT recommend this place unless you could put up with the managment. Also, my boyfriends truck was broken into and my car had gas taken out of it every other week. There are alot of college kids living here, do to it being by the lake and it's a party place. Also, before getting an apartment with a "view", make sure you see it first. We were promised a wonderful view and we even waited an extra 3 weeks to get it, and it was the view of new construction and an abandoned tennis court. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Ineteresting, because there is no abandoned or operable tennis court anywhere near this property. I think you posted to the wrong apartments.
