'tis true, it is generally quiet and the managment does TRY and stay on top of the mice and roaches, but the maintenance is kinda iffy and if you want the carpet cleaned or the apt painted even after years of faithful residency, you can forget it! UNLESS you come out of your pocket and call steam-matic or your own painting company. The managment refuses to clean your carpet or paint, no matter how many YEARS you have lived in the unit. But, other than that, it is very nice. Oh, and you can forget about the NICE pool, it is always filthy and never maintained. I wouldn't let my dog swim in it...
