City Living (Not at its best)

Had a great location, but fell short of what I was looking for in my year of tenure. Pros: 1. Location - The location is as advertised, a good spot in downtown, not too far of a walk from the downtown nightlife.
2. Service people - Having any service done was slow, but the actual service and grounds people (not the office ladies) were nice and easy to deal with...they seemed to honestly care how things were going.
Cons: 1. Lack of Good Management - Management is nice, but every issue I had, I ended up having to go to the manager, because the office ladies weren't very knowledgeable on how to deal with anything and majority of the time they were talking on the phone with their friends. You would actually be sitting at their desk waiting for something and they would answer their cell phone and talk about the crazy night they had before. Not very professional.
2. Lack of Security - The gates are a joke, they were always broken, and the turnover to get them fixed was horrible. So, basically anyone could walk into the garage and do whatever, which they did. Remember, your living in Downtown, security was one of our main issues.
3. Overall Poor Construction - The overall construction of the apt complex appeared to be shotty work, the walls were paper thin, you hear every toilet flush around you and every shower that your neighbors take.
These were just some of the specific issues that I had during my time. For the price you pay to live in downtown, I did not think that LTB came close to providing a good living experience. My personal opinion was a poor experience dealing with the office staff, extremely overpriced, and lack of adequate security.
