At first i thought these apartments were superb, because of the cheap rent and great location, but was i wrong. In the first month of me living in this hell hole, my car has been shot through with a beebee gun, and someone has shot beebee gun holes in my daughter's window. When i complained to the staff they said there was nothing they could do about the window because it was double paned. Afterwards, my car was keyed up, and my gas tank was torn completely off. After telling them about this problem all they were able to do was make me feel out a statement report, and said they would notify the policeman, which lives a door next to me. To top it off one of my guest's car was broken into, if my guest wouldn't have walked up on the two men who were breaking into his car, they would have stole it. Better yet, the security gate stays open 24/7 so that you can have all kinds of ---- happen to your vehicle or even to you late at night. People walk all during the night looking into other people's cars. I have a damn drug addict living next to me, because i can smell the weefer, when i pass his apartments, and plus there are people going in and out of that apartment all during the night. A pipe had busted above my apartment, because it was just old and run down, and do you think the apartment complex paid for my soaked belongings, no. Oh plus i just heard that there was a rape that occurred before i moved in. If you are considering moving in to these apartments, look the other way, it will save you alot of money and hardship in the long run.Trust me i ve only been here a year.
