Manitoba Apartments

Gotta be kidding me! From: ihatemanitoba Date posted: 3/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Worst apartments EVER! The roach problem is huge. Not a sq. inch not covered with roach. Maintenance, pest control, etc... will walk into your apt without notice.. One time - they even left our spare key in the door and walked away. There are like 15 kids to each adult that lives there and most live in a one bedroom apartment. I would not be surprised if they're all illegal. And can yall do something about the water'! Geez, it's like a guessing game.. will it be hot or will it be cold!' I'd stay away. I suppose if you live in a Section 8 community, you get what's coming to ya! My dog could run a better apartment community then the illegals running the office. They're prejudiced towards white people and they hang up on you when YOU call them.
