Manitoba Apartments

Can't stand the manager or the management reps. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I wouldn't advise ANYONE, not even my WORST ENEMY, to move here because the management/ reps are rude and the maintenance men will come into your apartment whenever they feel like it. They won't tell you they are coming, but you'll know someone (maintenance) has been in your house when your things come up missing because they steal. When you complain to the manager about your things missing, they ask you to move and then call a collections ageny on you. If you do reside at Manitoba, GET OUT NOW !!!!!!!!! The roach problem is just nasty. You pay the rent while the roaches are on the lease. They think if a person gets assistance from the gov., that means they can treat you any kind of way and get away with it. They turn off the electricity all day without notice to the tenants. I HATED it at Manitoba !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
