I can not say the stay was great however, I can not say it was horrible. The best part is the place has washer and dryers in the apartments. If they break, they do come and fix them or replace with another working machine. The apartments are old, so don't expect anything fancy. It's just an affordable, plain apartment. The only problem we seemed to have alot of were robberies. Our car got broke into once and several others throughout the 2 years were broke into. (They send out notices to the tenants) The one thing I really hated, was if you forgot to pay rent, you had to go and get your full rent in a money order and the late payment of 60.00. All in money orders. They would not accept a check, even if you always pay in the form of a check and have had no previous problems. We only forgot to pay on the 3rd TWICE and both times they still made us get a money order. Pain in the butt, no consideration if you were actually a great tenant. The parking sucked, it seemed like there were never places to park, unless you got home before everyone else did, then you got lucky. The pool is small and old, kids are always there, so forget about relaxing. No hot tub. They did this cool thing once where for the whole week they gave you breakfast as you left the complex. But as I leave at 5:30 A.M. I did not get to experience this act, heard it was cool though. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbor, don't let them tell you there is a nine foot separation, its not. I had an eight year old living above me, and it seemed like there was a family of elephants up there. Nice Management (at times) they seemed to always know what apartment you live in. Like I said, not great, but not horrible.
