Don't expect too much, but it is cheap and very close to Tarrent College College. The staff are self absorbed, and rude. They once held a Christmas package until February. Never once telling me I had a package in the office! They raised the rent twice during the 2 1/2 years that I was there. Bugs, yuck. One day I came home from work and found a notice on my door stating that the next morning all cupboards would have to be emptied so bug spraying. Nice, like I had nothing better to do that evening. Parking is terrible, and the outside lighting it worse. Maintence is prompt, same day service.
I can't even get my full deposit back, and no one will tell me why.
I DO NOT recommended you stay at Marine Creek, unless you are looking for headaches!

I have been here for 7 months. There is a water leak from the upstairs apartment. It started 6 weeks ago and is yet to be resolved. The carpet has flooded 4 times and they have replaced the celing in the bathroom twice. After the last leak, (a week ago) the ceiling is now growing mold. Not a good place to live.
