My fiance and I have lived here for a year now. At first it was not too bad. But it has gotten pretty bad lately. We have had a car broken into, a guy got stabbed in the face there and we are pretty sure there are drug deals going on now. They care more about pet poop on the lawn than they do the safety of the occupants. The apartments are cheap and the carpet gross. But it is cheap rent. We will definelty be moving after our house is built. If you have kids stay away from this place! And there is NO parking.
