bad apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've had three neighbors live above me and they are all pickup truck driving drunk 20 something guys. I cannot open my door in the evening without smelling some beer the spilled. I cannot sleep on the weekends because they stomp or fall passing out or whatever. I beat on the ceiling and they come and beat on my door telling me to stop beating on the ceiling. It took a visit by the police to have them silenced and eventually moved out. All the diesel pickups outside make a lot of noise too. Parking is horrible. When I try to pull into my garage teens try and fly past me. I have been in two accidents within 100 feet of my apartment inside the gates because some girl on her phone is not paying attention to the road and driving on the wrong side or someone is not paying attention when backing out of their parking space. I have ants as well. Maintenance is friendly and generally does a good job though on a positive note. Management takes a two hour lunch break everyday leaving no one there. Poor. A "Fido House" has been set up for residents to pick up their dog's poop, but half the people do not use it. I guess these stuck up college girls are too busy kissing their dogs and chatting on their cell phones to bother.
