LOVE IT HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. I am in college, but I am not and loud and crazy partier. At times I can here people outside late at night, but this is an aparmtent, it is not going to be peacful and quiet 24/7! I never hear any of my neighbors, the walls are pretty thick. This is also one of the main TCU apartments students live in. If you go to TCU you will love it, but if you are older with a family it might not be the place for you. Maintance is awesome and very helpful. The parking is not the best, but I have had a garage and never had a problem! I suggest getting covered parking or a garage.
