Great place to live! From: renter_01 Date posted: 9/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Me and my husband moved here over a year ago because we got relocated for his job...we've been in the same town home and never had any problems...the maintenance is awesome, they get the job done right away and are super nice. Never had any problems with the office staff, they are all super nice, and if you call to have them take care of something (like a delivery package), they don't give you any problems...the pool is always clean, i don't use it that much, but it's nice to walk by and it not look like a swamp...they try to always have something planned during the month(like breakfast every now and then on a saturday). The gym is pretty nice as far as equipment goes...neighbors are not noisy at all, we live right near the road, and i only hear maybe an occasional loud engine drive by at night, but not a big deal enough to make my vote go down...i have never felt unsafe living here, i can walk my dog at 3am and not feel unsafe...the gates always work and when they aren't they will leave us a notice that says when they will be fixed...water is normal price(around 20 dollars or less sometimes). Electric is kind of high when you have a town home, but we can deal, electric is going to be high any where you go...I think that's about it of my rambling, I love this place, but we have to go live in a more centralized place...if you move here, CWS properties are the best, we came from a CWS(marquis at deerfield in san antonio and loved that place)so enjoy! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
