Yes, I would diffiinately support your claim that Laura Harold is a lowsy manager. She can not seem to keep things in lined. She does things in a different practice and when she trips, she automatically blames you. I've seen this when I first moved in. She personally said this and that and on the day to move in, she has no recollection and denies. Definately, I would advise you to bring in a tape recorder or something when having to deal with her!
