I've been here a couple of months and I'd say this is a good place to live. marie the new manager and teresa are nice - haven't met the asst manager yet. teresa is cute, too. (man, i need a life.)
anyway, there's a butt-load of apartments around here for some reason or another and you can find nicer ones for higher prices, but like it was said earlier, it's good for the price you pay, not ghetto or anything.
i don't like the gate being jacked up sometimes and people need to learn to pick up their dog's crap, but other than that i don't have any complaints. the people around me are quiet and aren't partying and loud and stuff which is something i'm not used to, so that's pretty good.
