The apartments are not run with professionalism and do not believe their lies of "gift certificates" for look & lease in the same day. They will give the run around and then make up an excuse for not giving the certificates. Assistant manager has an anger problem and you can not discuss anything with her.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give gift certificates to residents who owe a balance. As soon as balance is paid they are able to get gift certificate.

We lived there for 13 months and enjoyed our stay. ( We bought a house, woo hoo!)
The management team was always on top of things, in fact they seemed very "family" oriented.
My husband and I are both in the property management business and we know first hand about good and bad customer service.
We have worked with a few bad apples ourselves.
Marie and her staff are very professional and courteous.
For all you lease holders out there, the best thing to do is to read every paragraph of your lease.
And don't play the victim if you are in default; paragraph #32.
A good rule of thumb is to pay your rent on time, be courteous to your neighbors, and report any maintenance requests asap, so that it can be repaired in a timely manner.
Don't wait until it's too late, because then you'll be writing a poor pitiful me review, about how "Things don't get fixed.", or how "I didn't pay my rent when everyone else did and now they want to evict me."
Everyone has bad days, so don't take it out on someone else.
Not every place is the perfect place to live.
Stop dwelling and start dwelling.
