I USED to be good. All good. Now, I don't know what to say. I drove by in October on my way to Six Flags and saw that the one builing is still boarded up. The fire was a LLLLLOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG time ago. What's up' Why hasn't anybody fixed it' Mill Valley used to have standards and expectations. There were many LONG TERM residents. I am so sorry to those that had to leave. I left summer of 2006 and I know there was all kinds of changes. Marie left, new owners, Stephanie and Teresa left, all the good maintenance left. There used to be pride in the neighborhood, not just Mill Valley, but the surrounding apts too. Now, drive around and see for yourself. I wouldn't recommend driving thru too late. Any of the former long term fantastic residents, I hope you have found a safe haven elsewhere.
OWNERS - take a hint. What you are doing, IS NOT WORKING!

Fire was back in February and they are JUST NOW fixing the building. There are all kinds of problems within this complex. I am sad to tell anyone I still live here, but not for long. I feel sad when I have to drive home everyday and see drug dealers hanging out, plastic bags hanging from the trees and trash floating around the street. EVERYONE leaves their trash on their front porches which looks and smells HORRIBLE. If you want drugs then come to mill valley, if you want a nice place to live then go someplace else.

Saraya, we are all leaving but abiding by our leases. So, one by one we are out of here! You can talk to management all day long and they don't do a thing about the problems here. Of course they tell you they will, but they are just blowing smoke.
