This place is turning into a Section 8 slum!!! What are the new owners doing, letting this place run itself' It won't do that very long as it is really beginning to show that they don't care. What is with all of the pit bulls' Aggressive breed dogs should not be here!!! Pit bulls are only a "macho thing for idiots". The new paint job we got is the worst I have ever seen. What a mess. As far as trimming the trees, has anyone noticed that these tree-trimming dummies are leaving a 6" stub on the tree trunk rather than cutting it at the trunk' Idots! I agree about the landscaping. It is just some real old shrubs, what have not been pulled up. When they do get around to trimming them, the workers leave the cuttings in piles and walk off and leave them. Grass cuttings are left all over the sidewalks so we get to walk in it. People who live here don't care about their surroundings as they open their car doors and throw fast food trash and empty their ash trays on the parking lot. (it may be Section 8, but these people have cigarette money!!) Packs of little kids are running all over the property. I am moving, this slum is not fit to live in!!!!

Thats stupid...I am a resident and have not seen any of this...the police you are in reference to lives here....and you may want to get your facts...there is no section 8 here....they are no longer letting in dangerous breed dogs I do not see pit bulls here anymore...the problem seems to have been the previous management...the new owners are making great strides in getting Mill Valley cleaned up.

I'll tell you what is stupid, someone who thinks just because they don't personally witness something, it does not exist. Currently, there are 3 pit bulls on property that I am aware of, a 4th recently moved out. There was a huge police raid here a short time ago, that was our single police officer who lives on site? lol I am not going to sit around and wait for the drug cars and hoodlums and other trash to be cleaned out of this complex, it is not safe here.

They are NEVER going to clean this place up. Each month it gets worse... tick tick tick, soon it will truely be the hood. But thats what most of the people that live here want, a junky trashy place. I see a pitbull everyday out here and as far as the police go... I've never seen the "cop" that lives here only the police that are being called out for drugs and the like at least twice a week....

i live here now. i am moving out in march. if you like yes i said getto -------... this is the place to be. im not a racist but lets get real. 8 am i leave for work and niggas are out on the porch drinking and smoking. ummm get a job maybe? my buddy moved out and was here for 3 yrs. you will get wear and tear on a place. they kept full deposit. they just want to keep money. Allan the manager needs to get stuff straight here and get rid of the katrina victims here. This used to be nice 4 yrs ago when Marie ran the place. Now its a S hole.. Sorry but its a fact low rent = getto. Glad i make alot more now..
