It's been 4 days since we had hot wather here at mill valley. 1 and 1/2 of those days we didn't have ANY AT ALL! NO one cares in the office, they just yell at you. please stop being cheap mill vally, call a plumber. don't move here.

I did have some warm water late Tuesday night, I was able to shower!! Yesterday I drove by the "leak"...it is the same area they have been digging up and messing with for a year now. Too bad they can't fix it right and be done with it. It showed signs of still leaking, though was not bad, so we will probably have the water shut off again so they can get out there and play like they are fixing something. No hot water tonight though. I called the office at 5:30 and was told the "boiler was heating up"....2 hours later there is still no hot water. I used to enjoy living here, now it is one issue after another. If you are considering living at Mill Valley, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
