In all honesty, I got here first before I moved in, back in November and I was really skeptical about moving in. Well I did and I am actually happy that I did, I was at the safety meeting on the 1st of December and went to the BBQ when we had the water issue. The office tried to make it as easy on us as they could and even threw a BBQ for all the trouble we had with the water. I know that doesn't make it any better, but at least it shows they care.
My neighbors have been really great, especially since I was kind of scared when I moved in. All that I know is that reading the stuff on here can be really misleading by people who may of had a bad experience or two. The maintenance staff has been great, they come in and get things done and the next I got a call from the office making sure everything was done properly.
I am honestly happy that I moved here. I just hope things continue as they have so far.

there was a BBQ!? The apartment office didn't put notes out and didn't bother to tell anyone about it. I guess letting us suffer for 5 days without water is ok with them. Still with this safty meeting BS? Lived here 3 years and never heard about it. You should be scared to live here.

The BBQ was comfort food to take your mind off the safety issues. I guess
you have not seen the police cars here from time to time. Water still
running down the driveway early in the morning 3am. Who pays for this?
Gate not working for over two months, now thats a safety issue. Why have a card gate an it does not work, Yep there are safety issues. Take another blue pill and go back to sleepwalking.

I had a letter on my door for the BBQ, I am not real sure what happened to yours. There were quite a few people there, so someone had to know about it. And yes I wish the gates would work again, I think they worked for like 1 day.

I was at the safety meeting after receiving a letter on my door, I also received notice of the BBQ and received notices of the water being turned off. Hello....water pipes break...even if you lived in a house they would break, you would then have to either fix them yourself or call a plumber it could take days for them to fix it also...at least you did not have to pay for the repair work or do it yourself. Stop being a whiney baby..get over it or move. I have lived here for 2 years and never had any trouble. It is great not to have to worry about repairs and to be able to call about them and know that they will be fixed with in a day or two.

You are STILL happy you moved here, knowing you could be held up at gunpoint? Knowing your life and those you love could be in danger? Put your funny cigarette out and listen up....it is not safe here!!!
