I've lived here almost a year, cant believe i've lasted that long. I have saved all the 23 notices about the water being turned off. thats if they leave one on the door. when you call the office and ask why the water isnt being turned on at 3 like the notice says. the response you'll get is well the boys must be busy, they are working as hard as they can. (get new boys)
Back in December my door was left unlocked by the "boys" several times. nothing was damaged or stolen but left open for anyone to walk in and take my stuff. i went down to the office told the manager it took him 5 days for someone to come out change my locks and the alarm code, come to find out the alarm isnt even monitored.
I dont even remember the last time i used my gate card to actually open the gate, probably last july. the gates never work, thats probably why we have so many armed robberys. i was taking the trash to the dumpster one night and almost got forced into someones vehicle, when i told the manager what happened the night before and gave him the police report he told me not to take out my trash. i asked him to warn the residents they have a right to know, he told me that that might scare the residents off!
They trimmed the trees about 2 months ago, the tree branches STILL need to be taken care of.
The maintenance or should i say the "boys" suck!! they either leave a mess in your apartment or they just dont come. several times i have called the emergency maintenance number for flooding, refrigerator, water coming through the ceiling. they didnt answer nor called back.
2 monthes ago my apartment had rats told the maintenance STILL to this day waiting on pest control!!! glad i took care of them myself!
please please if you do move in here know what your are getting yourself into, i unfortunately did not. i strongly encourage you to look somewhere else!!

If anybody gets the two-hundred dollar reward for helping get someone in this complex I will kiss a fat baby's bottom at the office, first of the month at high noon. There really must be something more than meets the eye to what is happening. This is like a Keystone Cop silent movie. Everything in this review is correct. They say stuff rolls down hill, well folks it's hard to see any up-side. Don't waste your time coming
to look, you will be disappointed. Hope you are taking the red pill, if
not go on take the blue pill an sleepwalk into the complex.
