The Max and Mollie Barnett Apartments are a bad apartment community and the management is the worst in Fort Worth. They extort money from the residents, misappropriate all funds paid to them by the residents, and exploit disabled residents by entering a resident's apartment unwarranted by any maintenance service work order. They also deny access to medical and care giver personnel who serve as aide and attendents for some residents.
