Montevista

Very nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived at Montevista for nearly a year and had nothing but good experiences. The apartment is very nice, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall area is safe and well-kept with lots of nice lawn space for kids & pets to play. The tenants are good as well - a nice mix of people. The only issues I can see are parking, which is sometimes very hard to find close to my building (there are no assigned spots unless you have a garage or carport, which costs extra - my carport is $30 a month, a garage is much more) and noise, but thats only because my apartment faces the main road through the complex and so traffic noise can be quite loud. If I had one facing in towards a lawn area I'm sure it would be better. Overall I strongly recommend Montevista.
