Me and my family have lived here since April of 2004. Since then, they have added parking and repainted the buildings. Sounds like great improvements, but while painting, the painters decide to break into a couple houses, stealing over $20,000 worth of things from those apartments. And when they added parking, they failed to put enough lighting in to make the parking lot safe at night. Since added, there have been numberous breakins to peoples cars, including mine, which had over $2000 worth of damage done to the car alone, not including the stuff stolen. When this was addressed to the apartment staff, everyone was told that crime happens everywhere, and they couldnt do anything about it. Well, they could fix the gates that never work to start, and you would think that if they really cared about their tenants, they would come up with some type of crime prevention, (security guard, cameras, etc) to protect them. But instead, nothing is said to anyone else in the apartments about the problems, until they occur to you, and you have to find out the hard way, like when someone breaks in and not only steals, but vandalizes(spray paint walls, cut furniture,etc) which happened to someones apartment a few days after the 5 or more cars were broke into on the same night. So, if you like crime, and have good insurance, come on down and sign up for the worst experience of your life. Me, I'm gone in Sept.
