You know you are exaggerating the living conditions at Montevista. I love living here! The office staff really is caring and wonderful. I'm never afraid here, nor has anyone else that I know who lives here. It's laughable that you think this place is a slum--for $800/mo! Go over to Cypress Springs if you want to see a real ghetto! Whiny, complaining tenants like you bring this place down. We're happy to see you go! PS. You are the idiot who sent out those flyers about the vandalism aren't you'' LOL
