Generally a nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Although I second another poster's comment on the icy manager, my wife and I have enjoyed living here. The non-mgmt staff is very friendly, and the price is about average for this area. Space is a little more efficiently used than at some other places here, so apartments seem bigger. I highly recommend the back of the complex with a view to the south. One complaint: $50/mo increase for 3rd year. We're already planning to move out of state, but even if we were going to stay in the area, we might have left just because of the rent hike. Also, like everywhere, carports and garages are exhorbitant. Rent at W/D if you don't have one. It's worth it. Btw, we moved here from the Lodge @ River Park. We liked the Lodge, but too small for the price. And old berber carpet was nasty.
