A pretty nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   These apartments have a nice appearance inside and out. The lockheed discount was very good when I moved in. By bicycle, it is a quick ride to the Trinity river trails (via bellaire). Though the traffic is pretty bad in that area. The current management is generally pretty helpful but they were rather cold and rigid when I tried to negotiate a discount a deal when renewing my most recent lease. I will not renew my lease due to the high price, traffic, and distance to work.
