I absolutely LOVE this place!! The location is awesome, the apartment is a great price and everything is brand new. I feel 100 times safer here than I did at my old aparment only a mile away! The pool area and club house are great and the office staff is amazing!! They always have cookies and have community and kid friendly events about once a week including a free breakfast once a month! You'll have to use Ygnition cable and internet and if you're picky about how fast your internet is you may want to take that into consideration but for the average email checker, online bill payer and AIM chatter, it's plenty fast enough. A bonus is they have a great preferred employer discount for Lockheed Martin employees that includes no deposit or application fee plus $100 off your first month's rent! I'm so proud of this apartment that I'm throwing a dinner party for all my friends tomorrow to show it off!!! Another nice bonus is that it's literally seconds from Bellaire Park, which connects to the Trinity Trails.
