Great place, decent management. From: SurfDreams Date posted: 8/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   A good quiet place to live, I had nice views because i was on the back of the property looking off the bluff. My neighbors were friendly and looked out for my apartment when i had to go out of town. Parking was a slight problem and friends generally had to park a long way away to find an open spot. The apartments were a little small for the money but they were very nice, and of good quality. I really liked the walk in shower in my apartment. Overall, a pretty good place to live, I would recommend it also, the area has alot of traffic.
