My husband and I moved here in June and can't recommend it to enough people. we were referred by some good friends of ours and this complex has completely surpassed our expectations. We've put in a couple of maintenance requests and they have been dealt with promptly, which was delightful because we're used to being told "in a couple of weeks". The CARES team coordinates a lot of cool events that residents benefit from. I feel totally safe here, unlike where i used to live. the price is pretty reasonable for everything that you get. The gates are maintained. on occasion they break and the longest i've ever seen them stay that way is a weekend. I have seen the entrance be broken open on my way out and by the time i get home that night, it's fixed. The maintenace guys are awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. I love living here!
