We moved here in June. It's in a terrible neighborhood, but besides that the apartment is everything you could possible ask for. Great price, huge space, awesome repairmen, 3 parking spots, and cute little yards. The apartments behing my building are terrible, loud and trashy but that is the only downside to living here. The office staff (Emerald Hills) is great. They have always worked with us if a water bill was late or anything. Marla is super sweet, and Dawn has been really helpful.

We live in a two bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse, 1145 sq feet. It's a steal for the price. All of our neighbors are friendly. I can't say enough about it! I wish I could pick up the whole palce and move it to a nicer neighborhood.
