	New managment company, yes! Quiet, well landscaped, clean in and out. Lots of trees.

	The new property manager is very rude and does not know anything. She makes sure that lives of residents are next to hell. I would not recommend anyone renting in this complex.

	I just moved in about a month ago and i think North Hills Place is a great place to live. The Office Manager and Maint. is very helpfull. I would recomend this place to any one.
