I like living here. It has it's problems but I still like it here. The office staff is doing a decent job. All of the office staff and yes even the manager, Misty try to do a good job. The maintenance crew do a good job and I have no complaints on them. I don't seem to have the problems other people do with them. I think sometimes some of the residents here create the problem but that is just my opinion.

People have given the new management a chance and have been let down repeatedly. When you receive a fine every month for your water bill because the management never sent it and you have to go asking why you have not received it yet then there is something wrong. As for why people do not just leave. There is a thing we in the real world like to call a LEASE. It is a binding contract that you cannot get out of without paying a fine. Also, check your grammar if you are going to try using big words. "If you want a palacial place than you are going to pay high top dollar." This should read - "If you want a palacial place then you are going to pay top dollar."

Unfortunately, the new management is no different from the old management. When leases run out, the high quality tenants are leaving... In another 6-12 months Oakwood will be in much worse shape.
