This new management is ridiculous!! Why did the old managment leave''...they were all so nice and sweet, they took care of us on every issue...these new people are rude , uncaring and are never in the office when you need them...my toilet has been running for weeks now too...We want the previous managment back...I am ready to move after 4 yrs ...

I am so sorry that you feel like the managment has not taken cre of you living needs. I have been in the business for over 20 years and I pride myself on being there for my residents please if you have issues that are not being resolved make an appointment with me Misty and I will get you issues take care of.
